One developer. The whole stack. Shipped.

I'm Zeeshan, a full stack developer with 5+ years of production experience. I build web apps end to end, from the database to the interface, and put them live on real infrastructure. No handoffs, no waiting on three other people.

What I build

Four things I do often enough to quote fast

Clear scope, fixed price, and a delivery date you can plan around.

Full stack web apps

Dashboards, portals, booking systems, internal tools. React or Next.js on the front, Node or NestJS and Postgres behind it.

MVP builds

Take an idea to a working, deployed product real people can use. Scoped in weeks, not quarters, so you can test it early.

Rescue and rebuild

Slow, broken, or half-finished projects left by someone else. I audit what's there, tell you honestly what's worth keeping, then fix it.

Deploy and infrastructure

Cloudflare, AWS, Docker, CI. Domains, DNS, storage, email, SSL, and the unglamorous parts that keep the thing online.

It was very easy to communicate with him. He delivered the order on time and in full, and for sure this is not the last order for me. The work was perfect and he made sure the delivery met my requirements.

Working with Zeeshan is always great, he communicates if he has questions and is clear about when you can expect the work to be ready for testing. Can handle feedback really well and knows the right methods to implement the right features. Zeeshan, you're a great front end developer, keep it up! Thank you for the work and looking forward to working together again in the future.

Process

Same three steps, every project

So you always know where things stand without having to chase me.

01

Scope

A short call, then a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. You approve it before anything starts. No hourly surprises.

02

Build

You get a live staging link from week one and a written update every week. You see progress as it happens instead of waiting for a reveal.

03

Ship

Deployed to your infrastructure with domain, DNS, and SSL set up. You get the code, handover notes, and two weeks of support after launch.

Who you'd be working with

I've spent the last five plus years building production web applications, currently as a Senior Full Stack Developer, with a Computer Science degree behind it.

Most of my work covers the full picture: database design, API, front end, deployment, and the infrastructure it runs on. You brief one person, and one person is responsible when something needs fixing.

I work with clients across every time zone and shift my hours to overlap with yours. I also write everything down: scope, decisions, weekly updates, handover. If you've been burned before by a developer who went quiet, that's the part that fixes it.

FAQ

The questions I get asked before we start

If yours isn't here, send it over and I'll answer it straight.

How do you price a project?

I work on a fixed price per project or on an hourly basis, whichever suits you.

Either way, you get a written scope and a delivery date before anything starts, and nothing lands on an invoice that we haven't agreed first.

How long will my project take?

It depends on the scope, which is why the delivery date is written down before we start rather than guessed at along the way. A focused build is measured in weeks, not quarters.

If something is going to slip, you hear it in that week's update while there's still time to react, not on the day it was due.

What do I actually get at the end?

A working product deployed on your own infrastructure, with domain, DNS, and SSL configured. Plus the full source code in your repository, handover notes explaining how it fits together, and two weeks of support after launch.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, all of it. Everything is built in your repository and deployed to your accounts, so you're never renting your own product back from me.

If you want to bring the work in house or hand it to another developer later, you can, and the handover notes are written so that's a straightforward day rather than a forensic exercise.

Can you take over something another developer started?

Yes, that's a good part of the work I do. I start by auditing what already exists and telling you honestly what's worth keeping, what needs reworking, and what it costs to get to finished.

Sometimes the honest answer is that rebuilding is cheaper than repairing. If that's the case, I'll say so and show you why.

We're in different time zones. How does that work?

I shift my hours to overlap with yours, and I work with clients across every time zone already.

Beyond calls, you get a live staging link from week one and a written update every week, so progress is something you can check rather than something you have to ask about. Messages get a reply within one working day.

What if I don't know exactly what I need yet?

That's normal, and it's what the first conversation is for. Bring the problem you're trying to solve and we'll work out what actually needs building, what can wait for version two, and what you can skip entirely.

You'll get a written scope out of it either way, so even if we don't work together you leave with a clearer plan than you came in with.

What technologies do you build with?

Usually React or Next.js and TypeScript on the front end, Node or NestJS with Postgres behind it, and Docker, AWS, or Cloudflare for deployment and infrastructure.

The stack gets picked to fit the project rather than my preferences. I lean towards well established, slightly boring choices, because those are the ones any developer can pick up after me.

Still have a question? Ask it directly and you'll get a real answer, not a sales call.
